Anand Rau brings Accruent over 19 years of software development and project management experience in delivering enterprise-class, mission-critical software applications. Mr. Rau was co-founder and vice president of engineering at RiverOne, Inc., where he served as chief architect of a supply chain solution that was adopted by companies representing approximately 25% of the global electronics industry. Mr. Rau started his career with Hewlett Packard Company, and has led the innovation and launch of technologically-advanced enterprise solutions serving many markets.

Ginnie Nerurkar brings Accruent significant expertise in developing and managing IT infrastructure and software hosting operations.A 20-year IT veteran, Mrs. Nerurkar served as director of information management at T-Mobile, where she was responsible for their real estate information management team. She also served at vice president of information technology at Boullioun Aviation Services, and assisted the company in its goal of becoming one of the top 3 aircraft leasing companies in the world.
